Inspirations Learning & Development

The Team

Our team provides us with world class experience supported by their strong track record in all areas of people development. The Inspirations team is the foundation of our success and our strength; they make us who we are.

Our Leadership programme, has helped us to create a high performance culture where people feel motivated to deliver and this has created the foundation to achieve the IIP Gold standard and gain the One to Watch status in the Times BEST companies to work for. Inspirations facilitators are engaging, fun to work with and have the ability to challenge in a way that gets the best out of the team. I highly recommend Inspirations."

The initial Train the Trainer programme with Karl was fantastic and gave them lots of new ideas to use in house, following on with the Sales Programmes with David which provided great ideas for sales methods which to date were a bit stale. Following the more recent self development with Penny and Sue they are all so highly motivated now - the change in all of them has been immediate and brilliant to see that they are putting what they have learnt to good use and also taking the initiative to arrange ongoing team-bonding amongst themselves."

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Inspirations; any organisation requiring leadership development with a heavy emphasis on customer service, stakeholder engagement and a resulting tailored programme would be very well served in bringing in Inspirations."

The two words that spring to mind straight away are professionalism and trust. I always feel like I'm in a safe pair of hands and this makes for a great working partnership. Inspirations has built an excellent working relationship with all our team members so that we can have really productive, open and honest discussions. They will sometimes ask us difficult questions, challenge our assumptions and this is fantastic because it makes us stop and think about the way we do things. Inspirations has really taken the time and effort to really get to know our "business" and this makes a huge difference in facilitation or coaching relationships, hence why we come back for more."

'ENGAGING AND EMPOWERING' describes the development programmes that Inspirations designed and delivered for us. They helped us chart a new course for our USA division of computer software products and services. If you are considering professional development for your staff, look no further. The Inspirations unique approach will empower your staff to 'Think, Believe, and Achieve'."
