At Inspirations we have a team of qualified business coaches who work on a one to one basis with executives and managers. If coaching is required across an organisation, we will develop internal programmes to develop managers' coaching skills.

Group / Meeting Facilitation

Sometimes we find that Organisations just need a hand to find the right solutions to the issues they are facing. What they need is someone experienced, yet with an objective viewpoint, - to help them to focus on decision- making, planning or creative thinking. Inspirations can run structured sessions, which may last a couple of hours or a few days!

Assessment and Development Centres

Sometimes organisations need to identify the strengths and potential development areas of staff, perhaps to identify key talent for the future, or geared towards filling job vacancies.

Assessment & Development Centres run by Inspirations, are structured events (usually between 1 and 3 days) containing a series of exercises and activities, with the objective of assessing competencies in a group of people through their observed behaviour and also their performance in certain tests including, where appropriate, psychometrics.
