Penny Le Besque
Penny is the
co-founder of Inspirations and a Director. She has 18 years of commercial
experience working with blue chip companies in training, development and
organisational change. She has an excellent track record of working with
organisations to help them deliver innovative and cost effective learning
interventions including training, the development of competency frameworks,
assessment and development centre design and coaching.
Penny thrives on the challenges and demands of change within organisations.
She has an ability to engage with people across all levels and functions
that together with her high levels of energy and determination helps to
overcome obstacles that affect people's development.
Sue Nobbs
Sue is the
co-founder of Inspirations and a Director. She has 18 years of Management
Development experience with a track record of achievement in projects
concerned with improving organisational performance and effectiveness,
including training, personal development, recruitment and selection, the
development of competency frameworks and coaching. Sue has excellent
communication and organisational skills, which combined with her pragmatic
approach and ability to influence motivates people to learn and develop.
Sue achieves consistent results through influence and by building strong
relationships with Senior Managers.

Lynn Harrop
Lynn is
Client Liaison Manager at Inspirations. Whether arranging meetings with our
consulting team or ensuring venues, timings, facilities and materials are just
right, Lynn's excellent organisational skills will ensure every programme
undertaken with Inspirations runs smoothly.
Mo Rye
Mo is an
experienced and insightful training consultant and coach with a management &
organisational background in business, health and education. As a senior
manager, Mo has led large teams facing major culture changes and as a result
has made managing people and their performance at work her strength and
specialism. During the last 10 years, Mo has channelled these skills into
the public and private sectors, large blue chip companies and small businesses
and works equally effectively with both Directors and front-line staff.
Mo combines a flair for developing interpersonal skills in individuals with
a keen eye on achieving business objectives; she has a warm and empathic yet
focused style that enables participants to have fun whilst achieving results.
Jon Walden
Jon has a wealth of experience as both a CEO and a non-executive director of public companies. Most
of his executive career was spent in the automotive sector as CEO of Lex and a director of RAC. He
now divides his time between non-executive positions with various companies and mentoring work with
senior executives. In addition he has worked with Inspirations to deliver training on commercial
development. Jon is a passionate believer in developing people and giving them the opportunity to
grow.
Steve Clews
Steve is an
accomplished trainer, having been a Training & Development manager for
Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in South Africa, and has also lectured at several
universities on IT and financial risk management. More recently, Steve has
helped deliver management development programmes for several blue-chip organisations.
Steve has a wide experience of coaching colleagues and clients, from a
variety of backgrounds, in the public and private sectors, to help them to
improve their performance. He is a qualified chartered accountant and
PRINCE 2 project manager, with several years experience operating as a Finance Director.
Richard Pascall
Richard is
an accomplished, charismatic communicator at all levels with 18 years of
extensive experience in coaching in and out of the workplace. He has proven
expertise in running a successful retail branch network; coaching and captaining
several high-level sports teams. This has provided him with a portfolio of skills
that enables the motivation to be high and the learning to be inspirational.
He has worked with organisations to design and deliver recruitment and selection
events, provide sales training to enhance customer experience and develop strategic
thinking with key decision makers. His vast experience and pragmatic approach
has created a conscientious, respected individual with a distinct determination
to extend the ability of a performer.
Debbie Carey
Debbie
is an experienced HR and Management Development Consultant with a practical,
honest and objective approach that focuses on what clients really need to know.
Her enthusiastic and interactive style maximises participation and achieves
results through positive involvement. Debbie's excellent interpersonal skills
enable participants to enjoy themselves whilst learning, thereby maximising
benefits for both employer and employee. Debbie has a strong interest and
experience in coaching and mentoring for both personal and team development.

Karl Cheek
Karl is
a resourceful, energetic and creative professional with 10 years learning &
development experience in large multi-site businesses. He has proven expertise
in management and leadership development, and extensive experience in training
design, delivery and facilitation. Karl's pragmatic approach to learning &
development and his commitment to quality and value have earned him a reputation
for being the driving force behind many people development related projects.
His sense of humour and straightforward, down to earth delivery style ensures
that participants learn in a stress-free, enjoyable way and in an open yet
stretching environment.
Liz Taylor
Liz works
as an HR consultant across various industry sectors on projects requiring a fresh,
pragmatic perspective. Her expertise has been gained over 20+ years working for
respected FTSE 100 companies in both HR generalist and specialist T&D roles.
She is skilled in positively managing the people impact of business changes and
is known for her strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Her personal credibility is based on integrity and a strong commercial results focus, working closely with senior management in fast-moving environments. Her strengths include coaching and developing teams to realise growth potential, supporting businesses to align Vision, Values and Competencies with performance management processes and working effectively across borders.
Sally England
Sally is
an experienced learning and development professional with 10 years experience
working in large multi site organisations. She has experience in coaching, delivery,
and training design. Her honest, down to earth approach helps her to build rapport
quickly and maximise learner's potential. Sally's commitment, resourcefulness,
and attention to detail means you can always count on her to deliver.
John Dyer
John is
a multi award winning diversity consultant with a strong background in learning
and development, gained over the number of years he was the principal consultant
at the Employment Service National Training Centre, managing 30 development
consultants who provided training for a target audience of 10,000 managers.
He has been involved with equal opportunities and diversity for 20 years as a
trainer, consultant, adviser and practitioner and has helped a wide range of
companies to develop and implement equality and diversity policies, practices
and procedures. This involved helping them to write their policies, undertake
diversity audits, draft and structure diversity delivery plans, develop and
deliver training solutions.
Mags Colman
Maggie has
built a formidable reputation for the quality of her work in customer service
and sales training. She has specialised in this area for over twenty years and
is an expert in interpersonal communication skills. A tremendous motivator,
delegates find her training inspires them to permanently change the way they work.
She is passionate about great customer service and her enthusiasm is contagious.

David Maylor
David is
a highly experienced and committed business coach and trainer. For the last 4
years David has been designing and running completely bespoke training and
coaching solutions mainly for sales professionals and managers at all levels.
Through this work he has coached and trained individuals and teams in a range
of business sectors including medical, IT, finance, transport, construction,
agriculture and recruitment amongst others. Outside of the training arena David
has operational experience within customer services, sales, junior and senior
management. In training, David loves to make it real for participants so they
easily integrate concepts into their work. In coaching, he thrives on his
commitment and belief that individuals can achieve all that they want.
David Langdon
David has worked in both the UK and North America as a business psychologist. He has extensive
experience in the design and facilitation of top team workshops and leadership programmes, as well as
in coaching senior executives across a range of sectors to improve their leadership and business
performance. Prior to qualifying as a psychologist, David spent 8 years in the Metropolitan Police
service, where he served as a detective, specialising in fraud investigations and dealing with
informants. David has both a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. David is a
Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
