Our Philosophy

Inspirations was founded in 2002 by Penny Le Besque and Sue Nobbs with a vision of creating a truly inspirational Learning & Development organisation that would work in close partnership with its clients to deliver lasting change. This philosophy, of putting our clients and their people first, has underpinned every action we have taken.
